300 frozen turkeys needed for Thanksgiving boxes | Community Spirit

The Oliver Gospel Mission needs your help in collecting 300 (10-12) pound turkeys by Wednesday November 14th.  These turkeys will be packed along with all the other items needed to provide a family the essentials for a complete Thanksgiving meal. Oliver Gospel Mission along with two other local churches have identified two neighborhoods for this important outreach.  This will allow a family in need a chance to experience the rich tradition of thanksgiving in their own home.

Here is how you can give:

(1)  Drop off a turkey at Oliver gospel Mission on the corner of Assembly & Taylor

(2)  Make a $15 donation per turkey online at www.olivergospelmission.org (put turkey in the note section.

(3)  Send in a check for $15 per turkey to Oliver Gospel Mission at PO Box 7791 Columbia, SC 29202.  (put turkey in the memo line).

Please note all turkeys or money to purchase needs to be received at the mission no later than Wednesday November 14th.  All donations are tax deductible.
