Boil water advisory for Jenkinsville district lifted | Environment

The Jenkinsville Water Company has lifted a boil water advisory after they say  bacteria was found in a water sample on July 7.

Residents no longer have to boil their water before using.

According to Jenkinsville Water Company Inc., lab results from a water well tested positive for total coliform bacteria.
