Physicians, hospitals and state agencies will work to improve the health outcomes of thousands of babies by helping pregnant women receiving Medicaid seek treatment for substance abuse, depression and domestic violence, the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) announced Tuesday.
