Furry Friend: Maya | Pets
Title (Max 100 Characters)
My name is Maya and I'm a 6 month old sweet baby girl! I have one of the saddest stories ever! I was kept outside by my owner.
I do not know what I did wrong, but my owner kicked me and actually broke my femur. When I was actually rescued from this horrible man, my leg had been broken for approximately TWO WEEKS.
I never even cried in pain and just wagged my tail and gave kisses to everyone that met me. I had my surgery performed the day I was found. Thank you to Well Pets vet hospital for taking such excellent care of me.
I am now in a loving foster home where I even have a friend to play with! Thank so very much Jessica for taking me into your home where I now know that I a safe and loved. I will stay here until I find my new forever home. This is what my foster has to say about me..... "I love to play outside with my canine foster brother. Even though my leg hurts me, I still have a ton of energy!
I want to love you and let you know how much I like being around you. I am not afraid of anyone, not even new people in my foster home. I don't like chasing the cats that live there. I'm not even sure what they are. I just leave them alone. I'm a puppy, so don't leave me unattended with objects you don't want me to chew on. I'm working really hard at getting potty trained, and I'm doing pretty well.
I don't really like being in my crate, but I quiet down pretty quickly. I've been through a lot in my young life; won't you love me forever?"
